In addition to our custom-built Tsune TK5M-90GL, we are now implementing a PMI-NC24 L-Type fully automatic saw to cut aluminum and other non-ferrous materials. With these tools, our team is able to deliver ready-to-use materials that meet your unique specifications. This process also minimizes waste and maximizes efficiency.
The powerful PMI-NC24 L-Type saw is designed for cutting not only extrusions and tubing, but multiple solid bars at once, with a maximum cut capacity of 7.87 inches (200 mm) in diameter. The larger diameter blade, adjustable clamps, and a retractable work table allow for greater precision and intricacy even on delicate material. It also creates a smoother finish because the blade can retract without scratching the cut materials. The variable speed motor is adjustable between 1500 RPM to 3500 RPM to work on a variety of materials and sizes.
Our Tsune automated computer numerical control (CNC) saw delivers precision at a high-speed, leaving materials with a near-machined finish. It works on metals of various sizes.
