Villegas started at New Source Corporation in April 2023 as a Sales Assistant and worked her way up to Sales Representative by July 2024. Despite having no prior aerospace experience, she earned her first promotion through her work ethic and dedication to understanding the business and its customers.
“It’s been fascinating learning about what we do, all the different materials we work with, and the many ways we deliver value for our customers,” Villegas said.

“When I started learning more about what we do and what we offer to our customers and the country, it really hit home because I come from a military family. My brother is a retired Marine, and when I look at the big picture, I feel good that I’m doing my part,” she said.
